**ELAPHITI ISLANDS:**
With this pleasant full-day cruise, we take you to the three most beautiful islands of the Elaphiti archipelago – Koločep, Šipan, and Lopud. These islands are rich in subtropical and Mediterranean vegetation, and throughout history they were favorite summer retreats of Dubrovnik’s noble families, as evidenced by numerous summer residences and castles. During the cruise, we will stop at each of these three islands, where you can enjoy their natural beauty and historical landmarks.
Our Elaphiti tour begins on the picturesque island of Koločep. The island has only two settlements, connected by numerous paths that pass through gardens and olive groves, revealing remains of ancient architecture scattered across the island. Koločep is the perfect place to escape from the fast-paced and busy everyday life… Interestingly, there are no vehicles on the island at all.
After Koločep, we sail to the largest of the Elaphiti Islands – Šipan. Artifacts found here show that it was first inhabited during the time of the ancient Illyrians and later during the Roman Empire. In addition to ancient villas and churches, the island is also rich in natural beauty. Its center is a fertile agricultural area filled with olive groves, fig trees, citrus fruits, and vineyards.
After romantic Šipan, lunch follows, beginning with an aperitif of homemade rakija, followed by pâté and a traditional Dalmatian meal prepared on board, served with salads from our garden. Seasonal fruit is served afterward, all accompanied by excellent homemade wine.
The final island we visit on this excursion is Lopud. Many consider it the most beautiful of all the Elaphiti Islands, and it is also the most developed island in the archipelago.
